ANALISA KEKRITISAN – BP INDONESIA
MATRIKS RESIKO

• Referensi 920-PRC-OP-4000 Annex 4 –

Identifikasi Peralatan Kritikal
• Tiga tingkat Kekritisan ditentukan sebagai
berikut:
– High Critical– Peralatan yang gagal dan
berdampak kepada Keselamatan atau
Lingkungan dan menyebabkan kehilangan
produksi (Tindakan pencegahan segera
diperlukan, agar kondisi peralatan selalu siap
setiap saat)
– Medium Critical– Peralatan yang gagal akan
meningkatkan risiko kerugian produksi,
mungkin juga berefek terhadap Lingkungan
atau kesehatan & kesejahteraan Personil
(perhatian lebih seksama diperlukan)
– Low Critical–  Kegagalan peralatan tidak akan
mempengaruhi keselamatan, Lingkungan,
Produksi Bisnis dan Kemungkinan kecil
berdampak kepada komersial
