Engage an artist

 Contact the artist or the agency.


 Decide a programme that fits the season of concerts and it hasn’t
been performed in the last 3 or 4 years.
 Agree a fee
 Ask for the documents to prepare the contract (name of artist,
address, tax ID or VAT number, full bank information)
 Send a draft contract
 Approve contract and signature
 After the concerts, receive the invoice

The artist needs to have DNI or NIE of the artist’s country of residence (EU)
and a Spanish Social Security number. with a copy of the contract. Once in Spain,
artist can ask for a S.S. number.

 Artists’s details (name, address, VAT or tax number)

 Bank information (Bank, bank’s address, account holder, IBAN, SWIFT,…)
