INTRODUCTION
We’re entering a new era of computing
technology that many are calling the Internet of
Things (IoT). Machine to machine, machine to
infrastructure, machine to environment, the
Internet of Everything, the Internet of
Intelligent Things, intelligent systems—call it
what you want, but it’s happening, and its
potential is huge.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES :

 Measure the water level when the circuits indicate when the tank its half and full.
 To learn how to build simple circuits.
 The goal behind the Internet of things is to have devices that self report in real-time.
 To learn how to use blink application with iOS or Android to control various
microcontroller platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, NodeMCU etc
 Components Required:

 NodeMCUESP8266  ULTRASONIC SENSOR

 BREADBOARD  RELAY MODULE

 JUMPER WIRES  LCD DISPLAY

THEORY / PRINCIPLE:
When the project is running, the Nodemcu board connected to the Blynk cloud via
WIFI. The ultrasonic sensor also calculates the distance to the surface of the water.
That is, the water level is calculated. These values are then displayed on the Blynk
app and LCD display. You can also turn the relay module ON / OFF with the button
created in this Blynk app. That is, if a water pump is connected to the relay module, it
can be turned ON / OFF.
 APPLICATIONS:
Water level indicators can be used in Hotels, Pools, Factories, fire protection
systems in buildings and more. Other applications and uses of a water level
indicator include
 Home Factories
 Where cooling towers are used
 Residential and commercial swimming pools
 Anywhere water levels need to be controlled
 In vehicles as a fuel level indicator
 In huge containers as a liquid level indicator
 Single phase submersibles
 Used to start and stop water pumps
