“We can see that at this time, film makers in Indonesia always produce
high-quality and educational films. Here, the government
(Kemdikbudristek) will try to facilitate film makers so they can express
their creative thoughts," said Hilmar through an official release (5/2/2023).

Achievement in the midst of a pandemic

"I appreciate the enthusiasm of Indonesian film makers for their quality
contributions, even though we have all been tested by the Covid-19
pandemic in recent years. It turns out that the persistence to give great work
that can make Indonesia proud at the international level is always burning,"
said Hilmar. 00:00

Executive Secretary of the National Selection for New Student Admissions

(SNPMB) Bekti Cahyo Hidayanto said that as many as 3,000 schools with
70,000 students could not take part in the National Selection Based on
Achievement (SNBP)

"Generally, the problem is because (schools) are late in entering grades into our system,"

he said during the socialization of the online admissions route for new students at
Padjadjaran University (Unpad), Friday, February 10, 2023.

According to Bekti, the SNPMB Team has provided one month's time, from
January 9 to closing February 9, 2023 at 03.00 pmThree days before
yesterday's closure, said Bekti, the number of schools that made permanent
data was only one-third. The rest, or two-thirds of schools, are trying to send
permanent data on student report cards ahead of the deadline, making it
difficult to access the system. "Everyone is scrambling for schools to fill in
even though they have a lot of grades," he said.

The reason for the school, according to Bekti, is because they haven't finished
filling in student scores. In fact, he said, the school had provided student
report cards from semesters I to V which ended in December 2022. "How
come it hasn't happened yet, are you still scoring again," he said.Bekti said
that SNBP, which was previously called SNMPTN, now has stricter rules.
According to the latest rules, all subject scores received at SMA are
considered the same. "There are no subjects that are considered more
important than the others, so all must be taken and averaged," he said.
