May pamantayan ka ba sa pagpili
ng mamumuno sa bansa?

Isulat ang mga katangiang

hinahanap mo sa isang lider.
“Ngunit pumili ka ng mga taong
may kakayahan, may takot sa
Diyos, mapagkakatiwalaan, at ‘di
masusuhulan.
Gawin mo silang tagapangasiwa sa
libo-libo, daan-daan, lima-
limampu, at sampu-sampu.”
- Exodus 18:21
Qualities of a Qualified Leader

Sinabi ni Yahweh kay

Moises, “Ipatawag mo si
Josue na anak ni Nun. Siya
1. May Kakayahan ay may natatanging
kakayahan. Ipatong mo sa
kanya ang iyong mga

“Ang galing ng panday ay makikita
sa kanyang ginawa; ang kakayahan
ng isang namumuno ay nakikilala
sa kaniyang matalinong
pangungusap.”
 1 Corinto 12:18
Ang ilan sa atin napagkalooban ng
kakayahang magsalita ng mensahe
ng karunungan. Ang iba naman ay
pinagkalooban ng katalinuhan.
Subalit iisang Espirituang
nagkakaloob nito.

Ngunit hindi sila sumunod sa
halimbawa ng kanilang ama
(Samuel). Naging gahaman sila
sa salapi, tumanggap ng suhol at
hindi pinairal ang katarungan.
 Ano naman ang mangyayari
kung tatanggihan mo ang suhol?

Kawikaan 15: 27
Ang gahaman sa salapi ay nauuwi sa
kaguluhan, ngunit ang tumatanggi sa
suhol ay mabubuhay nang matagal.
 Ano naman ang mangyayari
kung tatanggapin ng lider ang
suhol?
Kawikaan 28:21
Ang paghatol ng may kinikilingan ay hindi
mainam,
ngunit dahil sa suhol may hukom na
gumagawa ng ganitong kasamaan.
Let us elect leaders who follow Jesus’
example of being a Leader.
