(4) Be provided with Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) coverage; and (5) Entitled to receive actual travelling reimbursements as may be authorized by law, and subject to the availability of funds,
SEC. 17. Persons in Authority – For purposes of the Revised Penal Code,
the SK chairperson and members in each barangay shall be deemed as persons in authority in their jurisdictions.
