    Problem Statement : In house developed high pressure cylinder head of tube expansion machine (Hydrex-5000)
    Before After
    Background :
     Expansion probe tube is connected to cylinder head by threaded fitting
    and thread were damaged of cylinder head & fitting.
     High pressure (5000bar) fitting inhouse development was not possible.

     Already developed high pressure fitting on lathe machine but getting


    water leakage on 3000 bar.
    Solution :
     We have developed new cylinder head in which probe tube is directly
    connected by welding to cylinder head and tested up to 3500 Bar.
     It will prevent water leakage at high pressure due to proper seating
    arrangement.

     On time job completion without delay.
     Reduce frequent breakdown, easy operation & Maintenance
     Low cost & effective solution and could save @ 1 Lac spare part cost
     Tested 3 Tube bundles successfully and Reduce production loss for
    repeated issue of tube expansion work.
