METHOD
- refers to the system and step-by-step process in
the business. Without a scalable process, it would
be difficult to expand the business. This means that
the methods used in the main branch must be
documented and must be replicated as well in
other branches. If it is difficult to implement at
another site, find what needs to be improved.
Manpower

in the manufacture of products. It is
measured as the most serious and main
factor of production. The entrepreneur must
determine, attain, and match the most
competent and skilled employees with the
jobs at the most appropriate time period.
Materials
- management also contributes to customer
satisfaction and the overall success of the
company. In many ways, it acts as the
backbone of the manufacturing process. It is
the cause or cure of, many critical
production issues.
Machines
- discusses manufacturing equipment with in the production
of goods or delivery of services. In the process of selecting
the type of equipment to purchase, the entrepreneur may
consider the types of products to be produced, production
system to be adopted, cost of the equipment, the capacity
of the equipment, availability of spare parts in the local
market, efficiency of the equipment and the skills required
in running the equipment.
A PRODUCT DESCRIPTION is the marketing copy that
explains what a product is and why it's worth
purchasing. The purpose of a product description is
to supply customers with important information
about the features and key benefits of the product so
they're compelled to buy.
