Guidance on for the 2nd COIL Session 15th Feb.

1) All group members should know their allocated groups and join immediately upon request;
failure to join the group will mean absence.
2) Each group will have two key leaders:
a) Chairperson – Moderate discussion and present on behalf of the group.
b) Secretary – take note of the group proceedings.
3) All participants, especially from Uganda, should get a secure and good internet connection
in a silent place with less disruptions.
4) All participants to get at least 5 minutes to present in their groups (All to talk).
5) Use simple and plain English and communicate slowly for easy dialogue with members that
might have a language barrier and unstable connectivity
6) Attendance up to the end of the session is mandatory. Non completion of the session
means non-participation in the session.
7) Certificates of completion will be issued only to those who will participate fully in the COIL
course.
