HISTORY
Our Jollibee Group was found in 1975
by Tony Tan Caktiong. With the help of his
wife Grace, his family, and in-laws, they
started everything with a small family
business selling ice cream in the streets of
manila. Three years after starting, the
family saw the opportunity for hot meals.
They converted the ice cream priors into
the Jollibee brand we know today.

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) runs the largest chain of
fast food restaurants in the Philippines and is reliant on a
steady supply of raw materials, such as vegetables, cereals
and animal produce, at significant quantities and stable
prices.
“Practically all of our raw materials, outside of packaging
materials, are agricultural base,” Baysa said. Majority of
Jollibee's agricultural needs for its burgers, soup, french fries,
and other food offerings are now bought from rural producers.

JOLLIBEE NET INCOME
MANILA, Philippines — Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC),
one of Asia’s largest food service companies, reported a net
income of P5.9 billion last year, a reversal of the P11.5
billion loss recorded in 2020.

In the fourth quarter last year, JFC posted a net income


of P3.24 billion, up 59.6 percent from P2.03 billion in the
same period in 2020.

JOLLIBEE NET INCOME
For 2022, JFC is pouring in P17.8 billion for capital
expenditures, significantly higher than the P7.8 billion set
aside last year.

System wide sales rose by 25.2 percent to P62 billion


in the fourth quarter of 2021, bringing full-year system
wide sales to P211.7 billion, up by 20.3 percent from
P176 billion in 2020.
