DIFFERENCE

• Infectious disease are disease that can be


transmitted from one person to another
where as a non-infectious disease can not.

• EXAMPLE :- An infectious disease that can be


spread is the influenza(flu) or HIV. An non-
infectious disease is diabetes or cancer.
Spread Of Infectious Disease:-

• Infectious disease can be spread through:-


• 1. PERSON TO PERSON: By touching, coughing
on or kissing another infected person which
causes bacteria and viruses to pass from one
person to another.
• 2. ANIMAL TO PERSON: By being scratched or
bitten by an infected animal or in some cases
handling infected animal waste.
INDIRECT CONTACT
3. ANIMAL BITES:- can transfer disease through
mosquito bites, fleas, ticks or lice.
4. FOOD CONTAMINATION:-Can cause people to
become ill through contaminated water or
under cooked food and unwashed fruits and
vegetable.

A Symptoms is something that a patient feels
that may indicate disease or condition.

2. noisy breathing
3. fever
4. chills and fast breathing
TREATMENT OF DISEASES
1.Bacterial infections can be treated with
ANTIBIOTICS.
2. Fungal infections can be treated with
FLUCONAZOLE
3. Parasites can be treated with drugs, such as
MEBENDAZOLE
4. There is no treatment for non-infection disease
from your body. Instead doctor may prescribe
medication and recommend lifestyle changes to
improve your symptoms.
