After clicking on “create


account”, complete all data
under “Personal
Information”. The arrows
indicate the format to
enter your respective date
of birth {Year, Month,
Date}

 A valid email address must be


inserted, kindly ensure that the
email address is valid and that
you are able to access same as
the Insurers will be using that
email address to forward you
confirmation emails and other
communication.
 One form of identification must
be inserted.
 After completing the relevant
information, click on the link that
says “Create Account” (shown
by the arrow)
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER COMPLETING
THE STEPS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

The information you entered will be displayed and an email will be sent
to the email address you specified informing you of the information you
submitted to M&M Insurance Broking Services Limited. Once your
information has been verified, you will receive an email with your user
ID number and a password.
The first time you enter your User ID number and password, before you
are able to see your information, you will receive a verification code via
the email address you entered. You must enter this verification code to
access your account. It is recommended that you change your password
upon first login.
Please note that each time you log in with
your User ID number and password, you
will be sent a new verification code via the
email address you entered to be able to
access your account. This is to ensure the
safety and security of your information. IF
you would like to use a LESS SECURE login
method, which we DO NOT RECOMMEND,
you may change it after you have logged
in. Once you have logged in, choose the
menu option which says “Security
Settings”. The default setting is “2 Step
Login”, you may choose “1 Step Login”.
Once you have chosen your security
setting, you must enter your Current
Password and click the Update button. You
will see a message alerting you that your
Security Setting was successfully changed.
On each claim, you will notice highlighted in blue, “View
EOB” (explanation of benefit), if you click on the button you
will see a preview of your claim details. On the preview of
your claim there is an option to print your EOB Sheet.

Once you have created your


account you can now log in with
your credentials and view your
claim history (shown by arrow).
The “EOB Sheet” preview is shown
below, the arrow shows the link to
print that page.
