Introduction
v To analyze the customer level of satisfaction in towards the company product. v To study the various factors which will help in knowing what is the scope improvement or development of both industries. v To identify the loyalty of customer towards both companies.
The research is about Customer perception towards the products of D.D Enterprises and Radha Vallabah Industry. The research has been done on the product of the company i.e. mechanical equipment. The product is related to the B2B selling process. All customers are official or professional persons. Descriptive Research has been used. In this research closed ended e questionnaire have been used and tools are SPSS and MS Excel.
v It will help in analyzing the customer feedback towards the company products by various tools through data analysis. v It will help in studying the various factors which will help in knowing loyalty of the customer towards both companies. v It will also help in identify the scope of improvement of both industries.

Information on bevel gears and their applications is comprehensive where external bevel gears are concerned but proves to be more scarce when related to internal bevel gears, despite the fact that there are isolated practical examples of the use of such gears that have demonstrated their effectiveness in demanding transmission situations.
Crankshaft is among the largest components in internal combustion engines. It is employed in different types of engines, from small one cylinder lawn-mowers to large multi-cylinder diesel engines. Crankshaft is one of the most critically loaded components and experiences cyclic loads in the form of bending and torsion during its service life.
Company Profile
D.D Enterprises and Radha Vallabah Industry are two manufacturing industries. D.D Enterprises is established in the year 1997. It is a Proprietorship Firm. Radha Vallabah Industry is established in the year 2006 and it is a partnership firm. D.D Enterprises is under the control of Mr. Dharendra Arora. Radha Vallabah Industry is managed by Mr. Anil Arora and Mr. Vijay Arora. Both are Small Scale Industry which are engaged in designing and manufacturing of various kinds of equipment. These two industry manufacture mechanical spares & components fabricated from ferrous & non-ferrous metals, forged alloy steels & steel castings of different grades duly machined and assembled as per Customers specification. Apart from the above to meet the customers urgent requirements we undertake any type of jobs basis the design & Drawings provided by them and supply them successfully that too regard less of the make & Model. Research Design-
DISCRIPTIVE RESEARCH This research mainly focuses on the primary data more. Information needed is clearly defined. Descriptive Research process which are formal and structured. The data analysis are been done in quantitative. Findings used as input into decision making.
Customers are from within the company which constitutes the population of the study. 12 customers were randomly chosen for the study. Sample size was selected using the simple random sampling technique.
DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURE: - Type OF Data: Primary Data and Secondary Data. - Methods of collecting data: e-questionnaire - Methods for filling questionnaire: Social networking sites, e-mails
INTRUMENTS USED: The instruments that we have used for the survey are:
v e-questionnaire v E-mail sites: Gmail, Yahoo mail, Rediff mail & Hot mail
PROCEDURE: In this basically two type of tools have been used. These are:-
v Analytical Tools: SPSS provides with a broad range of capabilities for the entire analytical process output, helps us to share results with others using a variety of reporting methods. MS Excel as well been used for the data analysis process. v Presentation Tools: In this all type of graphical presentation have been discussed such as bar diagram and pie charts. A bar graph is a chart with rectangular bars of lengths usually proportional to the magnitudes or frequencies. A circular graph having a radii dividing the circle into sectors proportional in angle and area to the relative size of quantities represented.
Interpretation Total respondents were 12 and out of 12 respondents 7 (58%) answered D.D. Enterprises, 2(17%) answered Radha Vallabah Industry and 3(25%) answered both as shown in the figure.
Interpretation As per the respondents satisfaction, most of them are neutral as shown in the figure.
RESULTS-
v All of the respondents are satisfied to some extent. v Most of the customers prefer gears, drums and rollers as compared to other equipment. v Most of the contracts have been done with D.D Enterprises as compared to Radha Vallabah Industry. v All of them want to keep long-term relationship with both companies. v Also all respondents want to purchase more mechanical equipment from both companies.
FINDINGS
v There was comparatively less respondents. More respondents would have provided better results. v All of them want to keep long-term relationship with both companies. v More emphasizes have to be done on the management factors like Transferring of goods, quality of the product, fulfilling the requirements of the customers etc. v All respondents want to purchase more mechanical equipment from both companies. v Both companies have to do more sales for their products for its development.

OBJECTIVE (1):To analyze the customer level of satisfaction in towards the company product.
CONCLUSION:
Most of the customers are not satisfied to some extent in all given aspects in the questionnaire. Both the industries have to be more discipline in production/output, time period and others aspect of management. More emphasizes have to be done on the management factors like Transferring of goods, quality of the product, fulfilling the requirements of the customers etc.
OBJECTIVE (2):To study the various factors which will help in knowing what is the scope of improvement or development of both industries.
CONCLUSION
Out of selected customers, majority have been doing contract with D.D. Enterprises as compared to Radha Vallabah Industry.. Bunkers are only manufactured in Radha Vallabah Industry and some of the customers who have purchased mechanical equipment from D.D. Enterprises have also purchased bunkers which are not manufactured in D.D. Enterprises. This concludes that some of the contracts of Radha Vallabah Industry are done in the name of D.D. Enterprises. So both industries have to do more contracts with others industries.
CONCLUSION
All of the selected customers want to keep long-term relationship with both companies. All respondents want to purchase more mechanical equipment from both companies. Also some of them want to give order of the products as per their design by providing drawings.
Limitations
Amity Business School
v Since there were 12 respondents, as a result of this it was not able to collect better responses from the respondents.
v Some of the respondents may not have given the answers with their full enthusiasm.
Implications
v Both industries need to contract more with other companies for their expansion or development.
v Radha Vallabah Industry have to contract with other companies separately for its further development since it has been established 5 years back as compared to D.D Enterprises 10 years.
v Both the industries have to be more discipline in production/output, time period and others aspect of management.
