    IntraOpMeds: TCI Remifentanil, TCI
    ASA: IVE (Hpn-Uncontrolled, Anemia, Mild Norepinephrine,
    Hyponatremia, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm) Paracetamol 1 gram, Ondansetron 4 mg
    MAL: 1
    PostOpMeds: Norepinephrine drip titrated
    Allergies: None accordingly
    Paracetamol 1 gram SIVP Q8 x 3 doses then
    Dx: Obstructive Jaundice Secondary to PRN for pain
    Choledocholithiasis in Moderate Cholangitis;
    Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Events: Significant Hypotension (>15 minutes)
