110g softened butter
110g golden caster sugar
2 large eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
110g self-raising flour

For the buttercream

150g softened butter

300g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
food colouring paste of your choice (optional)

HOW WILL WE SET THE PRICE?

COST X MARK UP
600 x 33.4% = 200.4 + 600 6

=800.4
= 800.4/15 = 53.3

SELLING PRICE= COST PRICE + PROFIT

Selling Price per each = Cost price per each + Profit per each

HOW DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN?
● If a customer buy 3 bundle of our classic cupcake, she will have a 10%
discount.

● Computation:
P160 X 3 = P480
P 480 X 10% = P 48 8

● P480 – 48 = P432

So instead of paying P480, she will only pay P432.

HOW WILL SALES AGENT EARN A COMMISSION?
If a sales agent sales a 250 cupcakes, he/she got a 5% of commission. He/she
receive P2,000 salary per week.

No. of cupcakes – 250 x P53.3 – Price of a cupcake

 250 X P53.3 = P13,325
 P13,325 X 5% = P666.25

SALARY + COMMISSION
 P2,000 + P666.25
 =P2,666.25

So, the sales agent will receive a total of P2,666.25.
