Business Concept
 Green charcoal manufactures- This name has been used to make people understand the eco friendliness, sustainability & the corporate social responsibility of this organization.  Meaning of Bamboo charcoal  Bamboos are woody grasses that grow in the tropical, subtropical and temperate regions of the world. They occupy over 3% of the worlds forests and Bamboos are often touted as the fastest growing plants on the planet.

Effectiveness
Availability of bamboo in abundance; It is nearly a zero-waste system By products can be used for generation of electricity & treatment of bamboo; Produced tar can be used for making roads; Long life of both bamboo and charcoal; Eco-friendly Concept (Conservation of Natural resources);

Profit sharing of partners- 25% share for each partner. Both Capital intensive & Labour intensive.

BUSINESS PROPOSAL
Resources required:
Bamboo It can be purchase from farmers on contract basis. Traditional kiln - Using brick kilns allows charcoal production in a safe, efficient and simple manner. This can be constructed by skilled labour @ Rs 15000 per unit. Electrical kilns- processing of bamboos. Briquetting moulds These can be bought easily from market at competitive prices. Hammer for powdering the charcoal Sieves Buckets and mugs Water Potters clay Gunny sacks

Distribution Since the customer to our product would be an industrialist so we will use our traditional methods of transportation like roadways or railways to distribute or supply our product.
