INTRODUCTION

Money is a big complication specially on every students in college, a lot of expenses are in need to be
provided not only in their everyday need but also in terms of studies, This broadband business
proposal will provide a unique forum for communication and entertainment through the medium of
the internet access, this proposal will furnish specially in students needs for having a stable and fast
internet connection. Broadband have a background of fiber-optic network and demonstrated to be the
most reliable, robust and future proof of technology that’s currently available, and because it’s free for
everyone, not only students who’s in need can gain access but so is the faculty members inside the
university.
One of the most agreeable advantages of this broadband is multiple device can use the broadband at a
time and it will increase the transfer speed, bandwidth and the number of the devices that can be
connected.
PROPOSAL BACKGROUND

The world continues to become more connected to network, students without internet can’t connect
with teachers or classmates, do an independent research or get online homework when they are at
school.
Access to the internet is becoming an essential service specially in areas with many students, having
internet access for free is one of the best options because internet contains an endless knowledge and
information.

BUSINESS PLAN
The aim of this proposal is the benefits of Isabela State University (ISU) students might gain by
pursuing this project, our team decided to conduct interviews regarding the matter, 99.9% with the
majority of answers says that they approve with the project, for it is the most convenient way of
studying, plus it’s free.
Since we are students from Bachelor of Science in information technology (BSIT) we prioritize the
location of the free internet access to be in ICT department, in addition all of the students and faculty
members can also get access if they are in range even if they are not an IT students and ICT faculty
members.

By pursuing this project we all came up with the decision of making a wi-fi router
for which will be located at the back of the ICT department.

opportunities for learning. Money is a major issue, especially for college students, who have a lot of
expenses to cover both for daily living and for their studies. This broadband business concept will
offer a specific platform for interaction and amusement via internet access.
