What is the marriage in islam

The halal union takes


place in several stages.
"Doing halal" is the first,
we sometimes find the
expression synonymous
with "doing fatiha".

Marriage in Islam is first and foremost, before
being a Sunna act, a legal act, an act of love, it is
an act of worship!

Worship is all that Allah loves and is pleased with,


in words or deeds,
apparent or hidden.
The 4 conditions of marriage in
Islam
The presence of a guardian;
The presence of two witnesses;
Mutual consent at marriage;
The dowry or the mahr.
Polygamy criteria
polygamy is mentioned in the Koran verse 3 of sura An Nisa
<<... it is allowed to marry two, three or four among the women you
like, but if you are afraid of not being fair with them here, so take
one...>>

Conclusion
Marriage in islam according to the Sunnah of our Prophet is an act of worship
which unites two people of opposite sex with the aim of protecting oneself and
society from disorder, by creating a household in which the main call will be that
of the worship of Allah.

The most important act in marriage in Islam is the choice of


husband or wife, because it is fundamental to the sustainability
of the Muslim home.
