 Although this is a corona warrior group and our community never got a chance to work from
home for a single day even during this pandemic, this presentation is made keeping in mind
various industries(like IT,INSURANCE,,BANKING) in India which have been severely hampered
by Covid-19 and start to work from home.

FOR EVERYONES SAFETY WE (ORGANIZATION) NEED TO BE-
 SMARTER – WORK HABBITS i.e
1.Physical Distancing
2.Smart Scheduling (shifts) to reduce contact.
3.Proper hand washing and hygiene practices.
4.Avoid hand shake and hugging instead say NAMASKAR.

 SAFER-work places should be


1 clean and protected by regular sanitize of desktop, furniture ,door knob ,common area like cafeteria , lift .
2.Provide PPE- MASK, GLOVES ,SANITIZER

 SUPPORTIVE-Employees
1. Emotional support to reduce stress and anxiety
2. Flexible timing for lactating females.
3. If any body sick should by quarantine and seek medical advice.
OPEN IN A RIGHT WAY
 Flexibility, honest communication and adherence to best practices will help ease the transition as employees adapt
to the “new normal” back at the office.
 There has to be a balance between physical and remote working
 Formal weekly status meetings with manager to discuss projects, daily check-ins through a messaging tool, or
virtual coffee breaks to reconnect on a personal level.
 Maintain hygiene, physical and mental health
 Update policies and procedures
 Flexible work hours
 Restore productivity
 Encourage social interaction
