3.0 ISCADA ACCOUNT - MONITOR

3.1 INTRODUCTION

• The iSCADA v3 platform is entirely web-based and compatible with the world’s most
popular web browsers, so you can access and monitor all the data you need anywhere,
anytime. 
• With powerful analytics algorithms built into the software, our iSCADA V3 platform can
give you intelligent information based on raw data gathered.
3.2 VIEWING LIVE DATA
• Step 1: Open the Web browser (Recommended Browser is Firefox) and use
www.google.com to search ‘iSCADA’.
• STEP 2: Select “Devices World : Welcome" and click ‘’Login’’.
• STEP 3: Enter your Customer ID, User ID and Password. Then, click “Login”.
STEP 4: iSCADA Customer Page display will be shown, click on “Monitor” icon.
STEP 5 : Click and expand Radicare (M) Sdn bhd.

STEP 6: Click and expand Demand, Electrical and iHEPS. Click on selected panel
to view and observe every panel you open is opened in a new tab.

STEP 7: To observe real time data, place the mouse pointer on the graph and you will
observe a pop out display showing the data value and the time stamp at that point.

3.3 DATA TRENDING
STEP1: In the display panel click on "Trending"

STEP 2: To trend a specific data first select the chart (1), select data query range (2) and
click on "Go" icon (3). And observe the following graph being displayed.

3.4 Exporting Data
STEP 1: To extract the data in a CSV format click on the following icon as highlighted below. Once
selected the correct chart and the data query range the user wish to extract and you will observe the
following pop out to download the data.
STEP 2: Click on the icon "ok", after selecting the option "save file" and download the file. Once
downloaded, open the file and the user will observe the extracted CSV file as follows.
3.5 View and extracting report
STEP1: Click on the icon "Report"
STEP2: In the "Event log" tab select the Report period (1) required by the user, select the Report type (2)
as "user" and click on the icon "Go" (3).

STEP3: Once the "Go" icon is clicked there will be 4 columns that will appear to make the selection.
These are Spatial, System, Channel name and User event.
Step 4: Once the selection for all 4 columns are selected, select the Record per page (5) option
and click on "Generate" (6) and the following screen will appear.

STEP1: Click on the icon as shown below
STEP2: When the icon is clicked select the option to extract the current page or all pages. When the
selection is performed the following pop up will appear requesting to download the extracted report.
STEP 3: Select the save file option and click on the "ok" button and the following file will be
downloaded in the CSV format.

testing process.
• During UAT, actual users test the software and hardware to make sure it
working according to specifications.
