    When it comes to Mid-autumn festivals, the first thing that springs to my

    mind is the Moon cakes, which are a popular traditional Vietnamese food.

    -Mixed -Green tea (phú quý), and longevity
    -Taro -Salted egg yolk (trường thọ) so they are used as
    -Lotus seed -etc...... gifts and also for decoration
    -Mung bean purposes.
