DEFINITION OF MANAGEMENT
Management is the process of organizing, managing,
managing human resources, and controlling it in order
to achieve the objectives of an activity. Management is
indispensable for both personal and business needs.
Management can make the business grow more
because it is carried out structurally and procedurally.
Thus, the management process will assist you in
establishing good decisions or policies. However, it
does not rule out the possibility that in practice an
employee must also have management characteristics
to be able to carry out tasks properly, on time, and in
accordance with procedures. From this explanation, it
can be said that management activities have a major
function.

environment where employees can express
themselves

employees an cause a loss of focus. As a result, work productivity slowly
declines. The same goes for placing employees in jobs that match their
abilities and interest. If there is askill gap, HRD should consider a training
