Responsibilities - Requirements

 Your responsibilities:

• Informing customers about the itinerary for each

tour.

• Scheduling visits and purchasing tickets to

attractions.

• Planning alternate activities in case cancellations,

closures, or weather prohibit prevent scheduled
events.

• Familiarizing yourself with the layout and history of

the region in which you will be working.

• Directing customers to other, non-competing

services that they might be interested in.
 Our
requirements:

● University Bachelor’s degree in tourism or

equivalent.
● Passion for travel in Vietnam.
● A good health condition (with Health certification
from Hospital).
● Excellent communication and intercultural

skills in required languages.

● Be innovative, motivative, responsible and
reliable.
 • Be able to work well in a multicultural
team.
• Be proficient in at least one of English,
French, Chinese and Korean
