INFORMATION:

L’Ambroisie is a traditional French restaurant in Paris, France
 founded by Bernard Pacaud and now run by his son Mathieu that
has maintained three Michelin stars for more than thirty years.
The name "L'Ambroisie" ("Ambrosia" in English) comes from 
Greek mythology and means both "food for gods"[1] and "source
of immortality”.
The restaurant is in a period house on the southwestern corner
of the Place des Vosges in Paris. In the 17th and 18th centuries,
Place des Vosges was an upper-class and noble neighborhood.
MENU AND DISHES:

Alongside the feuillantine of langoustine with sesame and curry
sauce, and the hot-cold egg with sorrel, asparagus and golden caviar,
are traditional French dishes such as frogs’ legs, snails, lobster, veal
sweetbreads and pigeon.
In the menu there are various
cheeses starting from Caciocavallo
Podolico, Bitto Storico, White Stilton
Gold, but also French cheeses Brie
de Meaux traditional,Selles Sur
cher.
PRICES AND ACCESSIBILITY:

A tasting menu starts at call 230 to 290 EUR.
The lunch menus are usually the more affordable option, think around
€130-€150, with the €70 lunch menu at l'Astrance being a pleasant exception.
A 3-course meal with an
extra cheese course will probably
set you back around €250.
A meal at l'Ambroisie
 comes with a premium price
tag: starters are priced at €74-€128,
fish mains at €115-€148,
meat mains at €92-€135 and
desserts at €32-€49.
ATMOSPHERE AND MUSIC:

The atmosphere is pleasant with classical music. The
music will be played live and will delight customers with
the most beautiful songs.
You can also listen to music from the baroque period.
