Stages:- Explanation of Supply
1. Design :- All aspects should be Chain
designed and planned before a piece
of clothing is even created.
2. Textile Production :- Raw and other
kinds of synthetic materials must be
spun , woven and dyed before they
are turned into clothing.
3. Apparel Production :- It includes
sewing the clothing material into the
design decided before.
4. Distribution :- The final resulted
apparel can either be sent directly to
retail shops or to distribution
warehouses often shared by multiple
retailers.
5. Purchase :- In this step , the end user
finally purchases the apparel.
1. Push Supply Chain :- In this , analysts project demand for
your product and deliver products to retailers based on their
predictions.
2. Pull Supply Chain :- In this , one waits for demand of a
particular product before producing it which decreases the cost
of holding the inventory that does not sell.
3. Push/Pull Supply Chain :- In this , a producer may choose to
keep finished products at a distribution center waiting for
consumer demand or a manufacturer may choose to keep a
large store of raw materials waiting for the demand for future
production.

1. Planning :- It means adopting digital technologies to improve supply chain
planning and promoting innovation in the sector like in a construction
project supply chain planning enables effective strategic development.
2. Sourcing :- It is crucial for built professionals to have tools that enable the
procurement process from estimating , to quoting and ordering of both
materials and resources needed for the project ahead.
3. Making :- After getting the required materials and resources built
professionals must ensure that the materials are delivered timely and
without any missing materials.
4. Delivering :- It is important for built professionals to minimize delays and
reduce the need to store materials because of problems like space
limitations and material theft and also ensure that materials are delivered
on time without any hurdle.
