• All Schools shall ADOPT the Format and Style of SIP

• The Content
• The same contents on Priority Improvement Areas and Planning Worksheets
• The content on Project Work Plan and Budget Matrix shall based on the
results of the YEAR 1 evaluation
 YEAR 2 EVALUATION PROCESS

• Mid Year Evaluation (SIPMEA) using the Project Monitoring Reports

• All Project Teams shall provide feedback to SPT on the status and progress
of the implementation of activities and make necessary adjustment

• Year-End Evaluation using the Project Monitoring report

• All Project Teams shall provide results to SPT on the implementation of
activities.
• The SPT shall convene and make Year 3 SIP based on the results of the Year
2 year-end evaluation
