● NETgear tagging does not required for site to be integrated, strongly advised for field team to take data
NETgear during MOS process
● Pre-ATP must be done within 1 day (for new site) and 3 days (for modernization with major dismantle activity)
after site integrated along with closing RSA to ensure all data completed and ready for ATP document
● Documentation process must strictly follow HSE protocol
● Current ATP template is Version 2.45 include Power System functionality test

● ATP review process refer to Capex Restart 2.0 done by Batch Review, by visiting 10%-15% of total site per
batch, and review remaining site remotely to define punch list for FAC
● ASP must ensure team availability when ATP batch submitted. ATP can be done with no full team as long as
engineer and 1 helper with WAH certificate present
● Due to the nature of random pick for site candidate by MS PIC, ASP can request reschedule/change site if any
problem occurred to the site that has been chosen by MS PIC to be visited on site

● NETgear task ID can be created and assigned in advance prior to MOS plan
● If a task ID already assigned to a certain user ID, but there is a change in plan for MOS that cause the site to
be handled by different PIC, no need to create new task ID. Just simply give the ID information to the new PIC
● Task ID can be checked everywhere to ensure correct site assigned to the user, but to open it must be within a
certain radius from site location (100 meters)
● After tagging NETgear, if the network condition makes it impossible to upload the task, e.g. no 4G network and
slow connection, field team can upload the task ID outside site area as long as they keep the application chace
intact
