 CHALLANGES
• The increasing community protest demanding certain links to be upgraded, hence affecting maintenance projects

• Shortage of internal resources i.e ( plant/ plant operators) to attend timeously to maintenance issues

• Communities requiring remuneration for quarry material/ Shortage of quary material in certain traditional councils
• In the current financial year, we have explored sourcing from commercial source, however they are limited
quarries in within the disticts which do not have the capacity to supply the volume required by the districts.
