b. High Temperature Machines (Dryer, Steam Supply Area, Boiler Area)
c. Mobile Equipment
d. Awareness of falling objects
e. Slippery Area
f. Restricted Area
g. Smoking
h. Sharp Objects
3. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
A. Safety shoes or boots (steel toe)

B. Proper Uniform

C. No jewelries allowed

C. Gloves, goggles, and others if necessary.


4. Prepareness for Emergencies
A. Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hoses

B. Evacuation Map

C. Medicine kit

D. Company Safety/Medical Personnel, or shift in charge
