 Data analytics is the collection, transformation, and organization of data in order

to draw conclusions, make predictions, and drive informed decision making.
 Data is everywhere, and people use data every day, whether they realize it or not.
Daily tasks such as measuring coffee beans to make your morning cup, checking
the weather report before deciding what to wear, or tracking your steps throughout
the day with a fitness tracker can all be forms of analyzing and using data.
 We are using data analytics in our daily life to enhance productivity and remain
profitable.

Here we have to give the real life situation where we use Data analytics and link
it to the data analytics process.Explaining it with the process in
Plan,Prepare,Process,Analyze,Share and Act.

 Prepare : How much I can Spend and What Is Our Ability/situation
 Process : Collecting Data About Different Mobiles
 Analyze : Comparing Between Different Brands and Making Decisions
 Share : Sharing Details with The Resource Person To Get The Best Outcome
 Act : Then You Finally Buy It.

Planning : In Data analytics we first plan and process it accordingly.

An action without planning can have highest chance of failure.
As I want to buy Mobile phone,so I am looking for phone which is easy to
use and has excellent performance.it has to be long life usage. Other features like
good camera Quality,sufficient space, smooth functioning,good battery backup. So
in this way I planned it accordingly.
Preparing : In analytics we first understand the data and then finalize the 6
necessary steps to take and then we prepare the data for further steps.
so first I fixed my budget to 40,000. in payment mode I will go for no cost EMI
so that I don’t have to pay the whole amount in one go. Then I compare the both
online and offline platform and I choose offline mode as they provide me no-cost
EMI option for payment, offer extra discount.
Analyzing : In data analytics we spend most of the time in analyzing, as it is
the most important steps.
in this scenario we do analyze and comparing different brands,cost wise with
its feature and with trending mobile brands,reviews and responses that we
obsereved.
Share : As in data analytics we do discussions with Team mate or resourceful 7
person by sharing insights we have got from the data to get the best outcome
Here in this case I do do conversation with my techie friends who have always
some best ideas on technological gadgets and through them I got some contact
numbers from servicing centers where I got some best ideas.

Act : Then finally I am going to buy that mobile phone which I always wants.

Conclusion
Data analytics Holds much important role in now a days.in this new era,billions
of data generating per second.data helps to improve processes so that you can reduce
wasted money and time. It provides clarity for better understanding and insights in
less time.
