CURRENT SYSTEM AND PROBLEMS
• HIMatrix PLC controller panel
• Each PLC capacity of 24 DIs, 8 DOs, 2 counters and 8 AIs
• Total No. of HIMatrix modules= 8
• Software developed in ELOP II (No Logic Access)

• HIMA recommends system upgradation as

HIMatrix became obsolete in 2020.
• We have to reassign some outputs to other
channel as existing one are not working
• Controller redundancy required

• HIMA HIQuad-41X Safety PLC Panel
• Software upgradation from ELOP II to Silworx
compatible type (Logic Access)
• Simplex I/O architecture
• 10% Spare availability
• DCS Communication Via MODBUS
• System can be extended to add redundancy

• FAT Completed: 22nd Nov, 2022
• HIMA Vendor from Dubai to be engaged for 6-day
replacement activity starting from 28th January,
2023.
