INTRODUCTION
Getting the right job nowadays is not easy, often the job search is a full-time job itself! ,
Although the search process to find a suitable job may
vary from person to person and industry to industry, it is clear that digital technology plays a
large role in filling vacancies available for employment. So there is a need for a system that
can analyse the CV through artificial intelligence and analyse personal qualities based on the
written text that is used to analyse the CV so the company is open to receiving applications
and hiring talented people.
PROBLEM:
It is not easy to choose the most qualified candidates from a huge pile of
resumes, The art of selecting the best employees is difficult, time-consuming.
When you advertise a vacancy for you, you aspire to the right employee for the
advertised job, it seems that this happens rarely, as you may receive a flood of
requests but they do not suit the advertised job.
PROPOSED SOLUTION:
This project aims to develop an advanced program that provides CV classification
systems based on legal and impartial basis The system works as follows: Applicants will
join the system, fill in all the required information and upload their CVs.
The system will evaluate candidates according to their qualifications and experience for a
specific job description. It will filter all ineligible candidates for a position and prepare a
list of the most suitable candidates, Besides the online assessment of the personality, The
system will provide an accurate picture for applicants, Which facilitates the work of the
human resources department.
SDLC ADOPTED:

In this system, we used a waterfall model initially to suit the


project It is a classic model used in the system development
life cycle to create a system With a linear and sequential
approach and one of its advantages It is an easy and simple
model that can be understood and benefited from and is very
easy to manage as all requirements are accurately defined.
RESULTS OF SURVY
The total responses for questionnaire of the project were 200 responses. The following
charts illustrate conclusions were drawn :

1. Define the different positions in the databases.


2. Identify the skills required for each position.
3. Exclusion of files that do not meet the conditions.

GASCO

1. The candidate in the system has the upload feature to upload certificates.
2. The institution should identify the strengths that the applicant should have.
SABB

The system would specify the following information for each posted job:
1. Job position
2. Line manager level.
3. Academic certificates.
4. Professional certifications
5. Different job requirements.
6. Determine the kind of contract.
7. The system can read cv files of different structures.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SYSTEM:

1. The system must be able to read CV files (extract texts from PDF files accurately with
preserving the correctness and arrangement of the information).

2. The system must be able to do a semantic search of the extracted texts (not searching
for keywords).

3. The system should show a match if it finds what is being searched for from the
extracted texts.
4. The system should sort the applicants based on the highest matching the conditions to
the lowest.

5. The system should be able to identify the most important characteristics of the
applicant based on the analysis of the CV file and give an approximate picture of his
personality.

6. It should provide a means of direct communication with the candidate, by sending e-


mail messages and providing the possibility of meeting with him remotely
