a. Các nước phát xít đẩy mạnh chiến tranh xâm
lược (1931-1937)
- Phe trục phát xít (Đức-Italy-Nhật ) được hình thành, đẩy
mạnh chiến tranh xâm lược:
+ Phát xít Nhật tấn công Trung Quốc, gây hấn với Nga
+ Phát xít Italy xâm chiếm Êtiopia
+ Phát xít Đức tham chiến ở Tây Ban Nha
- Đức xé bỏ hoà ước Vec-xai hướng tới mục tiêu xây dựng
nước “Đại Đức”
Trước hành động của phát xít thái độ
của các nước như thế nào ?

- Liên Xô: coi chủ nghĩa phát xít là kẻ thù chung, kiên
quyết chống phát xít, chủ trương liên kết với Anh, Pháp
chống phát xít

- Anh, Pháp: từ chối liên kết, nhân nhượng phát xít, âm

mưu mượn tay phát xít tiêu diệt Liên Xô

- Mĩ: chính sách “trung lập”, không can thiệp vào các sự
kiện bên ngoài châu Mĩ
Tạo điều kiện để phát xít hành động  các
nước phát xít ráo riết chuẩn bị chiến tranh

- Hoàn cảnh:
+ Tháng 3/1938 Hít le gây ra vụ Xuy-đét nhầm
thôn tính Tiệp Khắc
+ Liên Xô sẵn sàng giúp Tiệp Khắc chống xâm
lược. Anh, Pháp tiếp tục chính sách thỏa hiệp, yêu
cầu Tiệp Khắc phải nhượng bộ Đức
+ 29/9/1938 hội nghị Muy-ních được triệu tập gồm
(Anh, Pháp, Đức, Italy )

- Nội dung
+ Anh, Pháp: ký hiệp ước trao vùng Xuy-đét cho Đức
+ Đức: cam kết chấm dứt chiến tranh ở châu Âu
- Ý nghĩa
+ Đỉnh cao của chính sách nhân nhượng và thỏa hiệp của
Anh, Pháp, Mỹ với phát xít
+ Thể hiện âm mưu thống nhất của các nước đế quốc trong
việc tiêu diệt Liên Xô

Sau hội nghị Muy-nich:
+ Đức đưa quân thôn tính toàn bộ Tiệp Khắc
(3/1939)
+ Tiếp đó, Đức gây hấn và chuẩn bị tấn công Ba
Lan.
+ Ngày 23/8/1939 Đức ký với Liên Xô "Hiệp ước
Xô- Đức không xâm lược nhau”

Như vậy, Đức đã phản bội lại hiệp định Muy-ních,

thực hiện mưu đồ thôn tính châu Âu trước rồi mới
dốc toàn lực đánh Liên Xô
