Introduction
● Online class learning can be defined as
“learning that takes place partially or
entirely over the Internet” (U.S.
Department of Education, 2010).

● Traditional class learning (face-to-face

class learning) is where students and
teachers have to go to school physically,
meaning that students must be in the same
place at the same time in order to learn.
Study Objective

The objective of this study is to compare the

perspective of Grade 12 Humss students between
Online Class Learning and Traditional Class
Learning.

Conclusions

Whether it is traditional or online courses

01 the students get to know their instructor
and classmate about the same.

The online courses didn’t contribute to the

student’s learning that much because face-to-face
instruction helps them to understand the lessons 02
better and online learning without proper guidance
is difficult for the students to understand.
Conclusions

Maximum of a student's time is

03 consumed while learning online than
face-to-face.

Based on the results students preferred

traditional or face-to-face classes than online
classes however they’re still undecided whether 04
they planned or planning on taking online
courses in the future.
Conclusions

Traditional classes and Online classes are

05 not the same when it comes on quality.

Face-to-face environment makes it easier 06

for the students to learn and understand.
Conclusions

The educational system somehow didn’t

interfere with the student’s grades since the
07 majority of them said that their grades are about
the same in online courses compared to
traditional.
Recommendations

This research study proves that Traditional Class

learning or face to face is the most effective modality of
01
01 learning. However, due to pandemic, Universities
should implement the safety protocols and procedures.

The researchers recommend institutions

to lessen the workloads of the students if 02
possible and stick to the screen time
suggested by the upper institutions.
Recommendations

Future researchers can make it as a

03 reference or based their studies
that’s relevant to this research study.

Researchers recommend to use different

platforms of social media to post 04
additional information about the lessons.
Recommendations

Blended learning is recommended to use as

modality. Where in, they can have print
05 learning materials aside from taking online
classes.

This research may be replicated,

improved or revised with larger number 06
and/or use other variables related to the
study.
