THE CALLINGS FOR HOPE
• Once upon a time in a small village named Ravensville, a girl named
Michaela lived with her mother and brother. Her family was frowned
upon by the members of the village, her mother was never married and
had two kids with two different men, so they weren’t much respected.
Despite that, Mick was an amazing humble girl who always wished the
best for people and dreamed of one day, make a difference. She had a
pretty monotonous life and no friends, but she had one thing she would
never forget to do, she would always watch the sunset and wish for a
miracle in her life that would allow her to help people and be remarkable,
the one thing Michaela knew for sure is that even though the sky has its
changes, it will always be there for her.
THE CALLINGS FOR HOPE/2
• One day as Michaela was watching the sunset something strange
happened, the sky started to lightening and change colors, it went from
the orange sunset color to blue, then purple, then red, then pink and then
it was dark. The girl had no idea what had just happened but she wasn’t
scared, she felt good. When she got home her mother was making soup
and the girl asked her if she had noticed anything unusual in the sky but
she said no. About 10 minutes later Michaela was in her room and started
to have a very painful headache, along with what it seemed to be a
vision , she saw her mother dropping the soup all over the floor, she
didn’t understand it so she ignored it. Later that night Mick hears a
scream and go straight to the kitchen to see what happened, and for her
surprise, her mother had dropped the soup.
THE CALLINGS
FOR HOPE/3
• A few days passed by and Michaela started to understand this new
thing happening to her that she named as callings. It happened a
few times during these days, and she was able to see what was
going to happen with little things (like a glass was going to fall) and
some more important things (like her brother was going to fall from
a horse). As she would have these callings, she started to learn how
to avoid the things she saw to happen and started to get more on
control.
THE CALLINGS
FOR HOPE/4
• Michaela was happy with this magical thing happening to her but didn’t tell
anyone afraid no one would believe her. Until one day when she had a pretty
unusual calling, it was a big deal; she saw a battle going on in her village but
Ravensville wasn’t properly prepared for it and was losing, she saw a lot of
people dying and her whole village destroyed. Even though no one in the
village respected her and everyone treated her poorly, she still wanted to
help them because she is truly humble and gentle, so she had to do what she
never did: tell she has visions of the future. Mick started then to tell
everyone what she saw, but of course a lot of people didn’t believe her so
she had to prove; luckly she had a vision that a specific tree was going to
fall and invited everyone to go see with her, she didn’t do anything about the
tree because she needed the vision to be complete. After this moment of
chock about the tree episode, everybody started to believe that a battle
would come and started to prepare for it, otherwise Michaela’s calling would
be fulfilled.
THE CALLINGS
FOR HOPE/5
• The day of the battle finally arrived, the village was all prepared
and confident when the enemies started to approach. It was a tough
conflict but Ravensville was able to win and scare the enemies for
good, thanks to Michaela.

• After the end of the conflict, the whole village was celebrating and
Michaela had the recognition she deserved, people were calling her
“the calling girl” and she was finally able to help the greater good.
If instead of kind, Mick was vindictive she would never have
helped the village and finally accomplished her dream. Now
Michaela watches the sunset everyday grateful for her gift, she will
never forget her roots and who was and will always be there for her.
