• Vendors will provide food. They can participate from the ad run by the
management team.
• The management will provide good hospitality in food with decent prices so
that both parties can enjoy.
• Decoration:
• Decoration will be set according to the theme of the event
• All the decoration will be done by the committee formed by management
• Entertainment:
• There will be live music for the entertainment
• There could be games too.

• Staffing:
• Volunteers for the management will be recruited by management for every
set up
• All the management of staffing will be done according to the rules made by
the management

• Proposed menu:
• The menu will be decided by the management committee including ethics
and integrity of the vendors and for public entertainment
• The price or quality of services will be better so that good hospitality can be
provided to both staffs and public
• Decoration Vision:
• The theme of the event is Water Park which would be more entertaining for
the crowd
• All the stalls and preparation of the event will be done according to the
theme
• Space Set Up:
• There will be open space for the people who wants to enjoy the live music
• There will be sitting arrangement for food venders and staffs who will be
working and spare space for the public to sit and relax

• Staff Needs/Task:
• There will be staffs recruited for everything in the event like staffs, main gate,
stage area, hospitality etc.
• Every vendor will have one staff so that any discomfort can be eliminated or
solved right away.
