Strength: Weakness:

 Associate does amazing job in fixing appointment with


customer based on India Mart, Formlabs website and  Associate should personalize the call by using customer
Ultimaker. name.
 Associate sounds bold and confident on calls.  Associate should be clear and should avoid unnecessary
pauses on call.

Opportunity: Risks/Threats:

 Associate is creating a need for customer who is not
interested, if customer is interested in printing services.
