People are stressed out,
burned out, exhausted,
living payday to payday,
pressed for time, and there
is no hope or relief in sight.

Why is this true with Christians and
non-Christians alike?
People come to church looking for a change
and they hear:
“You need to attend a cell, go to Pre Encounter
classes, the Encounter retreat, etc.” And you
are thinking, “I don’t have time to do what I
am doing

People are trying to add the
work of Christianity without
receiving the relief that
comes from removing the
yoke of the world

 The presence of the Lord destroys the
pressure of the world.
The Pharisees said, “Do.” Jesus says,

“ Freedom comes when you exchange the yoke
of the world for the yoke of Christ.
Yoke is also significant of discipleship.

rest…” “Take my yoke
upon you…”

burden.

you are trying to carry another load or
trying to carry it alone.

You should see your family, faith,

finances, and physical well being
through the yoke of Jesus.

The younger ox’s only task is to learn the
way of the yoke.
Stop carrying the yoke of the world. Take
on the yoke of Christ and allow Him to
carry the burden as you learn His ways
