Organizational Behavior Project
In this project, you will work in groups of four to conduct an organizational behavior analysis of a real-life
organization (e.g., a corporation, nonprofit, government agency, etc.).
This analysis will involve examining one aspect of the organization's behavior, such as its culture, leadership,
communication, motivation, and decision-making processes. Students may use a variety of research methods,
including interviews, surveys, and observations, to gather data on the organization's behavior.

You should choose either of the ways below:

1. You may analyze an already-solved issue in the company and explain the solution performed and its
effectiveness while recommending other possible intervention plans.
2. You may analyze a current issue in the company and present some intervention plans.
Students should also consider the practical feasibility and potential impact of their proposed interventions.

Project Objectives:
• Develop an understanding of the key concepts and theories in organizational behavior.
• Apply these concepts and theories to analyze the behavior and culture of a company.
• Identify areas where the company excels in its organizational behavior and areas where it could improve.
• Provide recommendations for how the company can improve its organizational behavior.
