 Who are this Health Consumers?

 Health Consumers are people who use health services, as well as their family and careers. This includes
people who have used a health service in the past or who could potentially use the service in the future.

 Why do we need know about our Health Information?

-Health information is the data related to a person's medical history, including symptoms, diagnoses,
procedures, and outcomes. A health record includes information such as: a patient's history, lab results, X-rays,
clinical information, demographic information, and notes.

 What is Health Service?

-Health services consist of medical professionals, organizations, and ancillary health care workers who provide
medical care to those in need. Health services serve patients, families, communities, and populations.
These services are centered around making health care accessible, high quality, and patient-centered.

 What is the importance of Health Products?

-Medicines and health products are important for addressing health problems and improve quality of lives. They
form an indispensable component of health systems in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease and in
alleviating disability and functional deficiency.

This is my Health Information from way back
2019. I was diagnosed for having Pneumonia.
What is Pneumonia?
-Pneumonia is an infection that inflames the air sacs
in one or both lungs. The air sacs may fill with fluid
or pus (purulent material), causing cough with
phlegm or pus, fever, chills, and difficulty breathing.
A variety of organisms, including bacteria, viruses
and fungi, can cause pneumonia.

I was Treated by the Doctors in “St. Anthony
Medical Clinic. They did diagnose me by
o Blood Testing
o Chest X-Ray
o Pulse oximetry
o Sputum test.
Costumers Product
I was advice by my Doctors to take medicines to
help in my treatment. I was advice to take
“Levofloxacin” per day to treat the various
bacteria in my lungs.
