Problem Statement

To develop an talent acquisition system that can be used by employers to automate every stage
of the recruitment process and offer a comprehensive solution, allowing organizations to recruit
the applicants based on their experience.
Abstract

Talent Acquisition system provides online help to users to all over the world.

 This kind of system can play an important role in simplifying the recruitment process.

A cloud-based Talent Acquisition system with e-signatures is a system that allows HR to


automate the recruiting of human resources.

 The proposed system will be an effective solution for automating recruitment processes.
Introduction

Recruitment is a procedure that identifies sources of people to meet the staffing requirements.

There is wide range of Recruitment application present in the market.

A cloud recruitment software can be accessed anywhere through any device.

With low capital investment, even a smaller business can streamline and automate their hiring
processes.

Save time, increase visibility, and reduce costs through a cloud-based recruitment software.
Proposed System

The proposed system is recruitment application that provides to store all the data of candidates on
cloud storage. This application works on 5 layer model of cloud which are -

1) Cloud Application Layer- The most visible layer to the end users of the cloud.

2) Cloud Software Environment Layer- The user of this layer are cloud applications developers,
implementing their applications for and deploying them on the cloud.

3) Cloud software infrastructure Layer- Provides fundamental resources to other higher-level


layers.

4) Software Kernel- Provides the basic software management for the physical servers that compose
the cloud.

Expected Outcomes
Recruitment application will help HR to conduct the interview process and store details of
student on cloud database.

This application provides the auto mail generation to candidates to who are under the criteria.

This application keep the record of each step of selection process the list of candidate who are
selected in each step.

This is a cloud based application which is developed in salesforce.com so there is no need of


expensive hardware system with high configured.

This application provides HR to track the candidate detail before and after the recruitment HR
can send them email about location, job profile, salary details and new updates about company.
Future Scope

 The transformation to remote work has increased demand for cloud services.

 In fact, Forrester Research anticipates a 35% growth in the cloud computing market by 2023.

 The technology will be able to collect candidate information via a cloud-based system, which
will launch the Talent Acquisition process in its entirety.

 When reaching a final decision using e-signature, the system will instantly send the candidate
an offer letter that includes the E-signatures.

 The technology will be able to turn the candidate into an employee relying on how they
respond to the offer letter.

Conclusion

Talent Acquisition of an employer and our automated system backed by salesforce provides an
intuitive solution for a traditional problem while maintaining the integrity of the organization.

It is a cloud based system which uses salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to
automate the process and the system is able to track applicants throughout each step of the
recruitment process.

This saves time and resources required for the process and therefore is an efficient and cost
effective way for talent accquisation.
