information about any accidents, injuries, near misses, property
damage or health and safety issues that happen in the workplace.
Typically, a workplace accident report should be completed within 48 hours
of the incident taking place. The layout of an accident incident report should
be told like a story, in chronological order, with as many facts as the
witnesses can possibly remember.
