 Introduction
● The development of Student Performance Tracking is to develop an application that can provide two ways of
communication between parents and teachers.
● Furthermore, it also acts as a monitoring tool for their children’s academic performance.
 Features

 Students – Faculty/ Staff Management  Automatic attendance at the gates

 Admin panel
● The school principal/management can act as
the admin and control the overall working of
the application.
• He/she can manage user accounts (parents,
teachers, and non-teaching staff).
• The admin can also send notifications to the
parents regarding the behavior of the
students, send SMS alerts, and much more.
 Staff Panel
 There is a separate panel for both the teaching staff and
the non-teaching staff.
 Teacher can send reports to the parents regarding the
performance of the students and the conduct of the
student.
 Real-time updating of the attendance sheet of the students
by the teachers is done.
 Nonteaching staff includes the bus staff, who can log in
at the start of the bus and set the location.
 The parents can track where the bus has reached.
 There is also a provision for the parents to receive a text
message 5 minutes prior to the bus reaching the bus stop.
 Similarly, when a student gets into the bus, there is a
provision for scanning a QR code and the parents can
know when the child reaches the school.
 Parents Panel
 Two members from the student’s family can have
access to the app, the access being validated by an
OTP at the earlier stage of the registration process.
 Parents will receive push notifications from the bus
staff when their ward boards the bus.
 The attendance of the child will be sent to the
parents from the teachers at regular intervals.
 Parents can track the location of the bus on the map
from the details of the location logged in by the bus
driver.
 The parents will have contact details of the class
teacher, bus staff, and other support staff.

 Summary
● The problems faced by parents regarding their children’s academic performance at school are because the
parents do not have enough time to monitor their children.
● So, this proposed application was developed to help parents solve their problems.
● Using this proposed application, parents can monitor their children’s performance freely at any time and
anywhere.
