COUNTRY OVERVIEW

 Dynamic economy +6.5% average GDP growth yearly before pandemic,


4% in 2021 and strong outlook; resource  sector growth creating economic
wealth. Stable economy and political  environment
 International economic integration as Vietnam enters into more free trade 
agreements with the Eurasian Economic Union, the European Union,
South  Korea., Japan..
 Vietnam has grown bolder in its development aspirations, aiming to
become a high-income country by 2045  Vietnam has the fastest  growing
middle and affluent class (MAC) in SEA region. Between 2012-2020,  the
MAC group will rise from 12 million to 33 million, from 2.6% to 10.6% of
total  population
 There are strong growing domestic demands for luxury goods and services.

COMPANY PROFILE

Global Link Co., is a private company operating luxury and contemporary lifestyle
retail concept stores in Vietnam. The company is one of the few first luxury
international groups in Vietnam, representing international brands through network
of retailing and franchising. Runway is the gateway between high fashion designer
brand and Vietnamese market. Since 2006, the company has over 15 years of
operation in Vietnam. Currently the company has 4 big multi brand stores in HCMC
and Hanoi.
THE FOUNDER, THE PIONEER
The success of the business hugely came from the leadership of the  founder, Ms.
Tran Thi Hoai Anh:

 Her passion for fashion, sales and marketing turned into a natural opportunity in
the luxury retail industry when she started her first brand relationship with
Sergio Rossi. Her first store, a Sergio Rossi mono store opened in 2006, at the
Metropole Hotel, a five-star iconic luxury hotel built in the heart of Hanoi

 Her relationship with European-based high-end brands quickly flourished when


she went on with the opening of Chloe, Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs and Givenchy
mono stores. Apart from the brands’ relationship, Anh’s connection and
relationship with VIP clients, business entrepreneurs and government officials
have also helped the business expansion throughout these 10 years.

 Since 2014, Anh has been the first Vietnamese to appear in the "The top 500
People Shaping The Global Fashion Industry" list, curated by The Business of
Fashion and she has been remaining in the list until today.

mono stores into Diamond Plaza. We are in
discussion with few premium top luxury brands.

 Targeting core loyal customers as well as young,


dynamic and stylish generation.

WITH DIAMOND PLAZA HCMC

 September 2022, Opening Runway new multi-store with


niche labels such as Rick Owens, Alexander McQueen,
Off-white, Ambush, Amiri, Sacai, Moncler, Gabriela Hearst,
and many more.

 The store concept will be based on the lightness and


elegance, with warm materials and classic lines to enhance
the modern space.

 Project is executed under collaboration with Zooform Studio,


Italy.
