A. Definition of Contract Cancellation Letter A contract cancellation letter or contract letter is a letter containing the author
who wants/will apply for a contract, event, or other agreement. This entry letter is written with valid, reasonable reasons,
and does not affect the contract maker. The following are things that must be considered in writing a contract cancellation
letter:
• Take note of the date, organization name and contact information when writing the cancellation letter.
• Writers must be polite and neutral
• The company should be notified that they no longer have any authorization with any activity associated with your account
(e.g. withdrawal of payments or any other service.)
• The cancellation letter must be printed on good quality paper.
• There must be an original not scanned signature with the return address and contact number.
