DESCRIPTION
It accepts both biodegradable and non-
biodegradable waste to ensure that 100% of the
waste stream is subjected to the sorting process,
and can target a greater number of materials for
recovery.
LEASE AGREEMENT
Obligations of the lessee:
 Maintain the removal of the recovered recyclables on a
daily basis
 Record of recyclables shall be submitted to CEMO on a
weekly basis
 Provide his personnel with their PPE
 Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and order
in the facility
