How much is Cedula?

• The fees you pay depends on whether you are employed, a business
owner, or unemployed Cedula computation as follows

For Individuals
1. Maximum basic community tax of Php5
2. Additional tax of php 1 for every php 100 of gross earning
acquired during the previous year
3.For real property a tax php 1 for each php 100 of the total
assessed value
Cedula Validity
• Cedula expiration is usually after one year from the
date of issue .
How to get Cedula for Student
• It is possible for Student to get CTC. However the student need to
be a Philippine inhabitant who is 18 years and above. Any student
who want to get the Community tax Certificate is required to bring
the following.

• School Id
• Recent study load from school (in case the school ID is not
available)
• The student will then present these document to the
municipal hall or barangay hall . They will then pay the
necessary fess,and the certificate will be issued.
Request for mayor’s clearance
-This clearance is issued as one of the requirements for
application seeking employment locally in government service

Required Documents
1. Police clearance (latest/not expired)
2. Barangay clearance (latest/not expired)
3.Community Tax Certificate (Latest/Active year)
4.Birth Certificate (local or NSO)
5.Offical Receipt (Mayor’s clearance fee- P 50)with one (1) Documentary
Stamp
6. One (1) piece 2x2 picture (with white background)
