Additional Support Employees’ Training Creation of standardize SOPs properly, Key Performance Indicators 100% Customer Issue Resolution on Time 90% Decrease in Medication Error If Objectives are not Reached Customers will not be satisfied from the support workers and they will seek help from other community services. It will damage the Diana community services reputation. The Diana community services will have to identify the employees who are responsible and let them go.
