What is PIQ?
The Position Information Questionnaire (PIQ) is designed to collect detailed
information about the duties and responsibilities of the position you fill as it
currently exists. The collected job data will be used to help develop or revise
position descriptions and to help evaluate the position for appropriate
classification, ensuring we have a consistent approach. Your goal is to capture the
tasks you accomplish in the position, the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s)
required, the organizational context (other staff you work with) and tools or
equipment you use. The Position Information Questionnaire (PIQ) should be used
for
(1)reclassifications or
(2)creating a new position or
(3)when a vacant position is re-evaluated.

Job Summary
Sagar handles the Marketing and branding segment for
the Yes Private Program. He designs the various
communications and deliverables going to the customers
as well as the sales team of the program. He is thoroughly
involved in managing all the stakeholders involved in the
Yes Private program.
Job Description
1. Tasks and Responsibilities
• Creating and developing new ideas for the Yes Private brand – 40%
• Mentoring the newly joined team members and ensuring they are
up to date with their individual tasks. Helping them overcome all
the challenges faced at any given point in time – 30%
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management- 30%
2. Employment Period
• The period of employment will be 2 years.
• The contract will be renewed based on the employees performance during the term.

3. Job Location
• At present, due to pandemic, the job location is kept remote.
• After the situation changes for the better, employee will report to:

4. Reporting Relations and Supervision
• Has authority or responsibility over staff employees on a regular basis but is not a direct supervisor.
May assign, schedule and monitor the work of staff.

• Reports to the Group Executive Vice President

• Receives only broad administrative guidance. Assignments are in terms of setting objectives within
strategic planning goals. Employee has responsibility for planning, designing and implementing
programs, projects and studies and sets goals for a major unit, section or department. Approval from
higher supervision may be necessary only in terms of financial impact and availability of funds but
little reference to detail is discussed with the supervisor.

• Supervision will be provided through written instructions, policies/standard operating procedures


and directly by supervisor (Group Executive Vice President).
Job Specification
1.Educational Requirements
• Honours minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD) candidates or
equivalent courses where Honours are not available, from a recognized
university;
• Graduates in any professional course (Engineering, etc.) LL.B (5 years) of a
recognized University are also eligible.
• Those who will be appearing in their final year of such examinations may
also apply.

Changes in Job Role with changing times
With the changes happening around us the job role of student is also changing.
Factors like pandemic situation and entering the new era of technology are
affecting the job role and the students need to have the knowledge required to
handle these situation.
• Knowledge of various virtual meeting platforms (like Google Meet, Zoom, etc)
• Student should be able to adapt to the change of physical to virtual classrooms
• Up to date with technology like phone, laptop, PC along with new and creative
ways of learning like Whiteboard/ Jamboard.
