By meticulously constructing a school’s mission and vision
statements, then making sure that those are evident and
offer a base for all school-related decision-making and
actions, are vital to establishing a steady, caring school
culture. This is the purpose and driving force behind a
collaborative implementation of a school’s mission and
vision. Here we will learn how to do just that. So, let’s get
ready to strategize.
